At Caring HARTS, we understand that there are many needs and many budgets to work with in providing proper ministry services. We have designed our service programs around an ability to render great service no matter what your schedule or financial requirements may be for the time. Consequently, the following is a brief listing of service levels.

Now, the obvious question remains, "What is involved at each level?" Let's take a look!!!!!!!!!
With the "Economy Maximizer" you receive a thorough yet efficient service. In many cases, this is something held at our office. An example of this may be the couple who is wishing to get married right away. They have the license and one of them may be leaving to ship out on active duty in the military. The couple wants to get married and yet have no time to prepare for a ceremony months from now. Weddings are not the only services that we perform at our office - Baptisms, Dedications of Child, Renewal of Vows and many others can be performed quickly, painlessly and affordably in this fashion. Also, keep in mind that some programs can be done at other locations too at this penny pinching price point so don't get upset thinking that these services are the only ones conducted at our office. Ask for more details!
The "Thrifty Service" program in many ways imitates the Economy Maximizer and yet, for a slightly higher budget and some more time devoted from our designated officiant, you can have a highly affordable and nice service performed. Extra features are included so no one thinks they are getting a "bare bone" type treatment. We want this time with you to be a positive and rewarding experience.
In the "Standard Caring HARTS Program", you will receive what one normally considers a part of the particular service being performed. The pricing is conservative for the ceremony / event and designed to give you and your guests a charming and memorable time together. Our officiant will include some of your suggestions as well in a sort of "cut and paste" method whereby you'll decide which features to add or change. If you think you need to pay more somewhere else to get special treatment, think again because at Caring HARTS, the standard treatment is anything but standard - you'll feel like you are getting a lot more for your money (which translates into a happier time for you - and that's a good thing).
With the "Deluxe Program" you get a bit more of the royal treatment from us. If you thought that the standard program sounded great (which it is), then do consider this a little further. You can pick most of the scriptures and passages being recited by the officiant and others. You get all the standard features PLUS others that are sure to make guests sit up and smile at how wonderful everything is and how thoroughly you organized things.
Let's take a look at the next level - the "Super Deluxe Program". Here, you'll find the most extensive service offering that we can think of to make your event simply the best ever! We pull out all the stops and give you all the features from all the other programs, give you virtually free reign on how things will work with us performing our role and your guests will be left thinking how smart you are this day. There are more elements added and more opportunities to customize to your liking.
The "Client Customized Service" pretty much says it all - but, of course, we need to spell it out. You hire us to officiate the service and incorporate as much or a little of standard or non-standard features to the event. We will provide you with lots of options and you'll custom make this to your requirements and expectations. Can you say, "total flexibility"???????? We are here to serve you.
