Everyone has a dream about what their wedding day will look like. Whether it be a grand event or an efficient family style, everyone wants their day to be marvelous. While some ministers prefer to simply show up and begin speaking, you'll find that we always take that extra step to help beautify and compliment your plans. When you look back in the future at pictures and videos, you'll see that we were more than just a speaker - we were a part of your day!
Have you thought about your colors yet. For even our standard services, we color coordinate our alter table to the colors you pick. You'll see in various pictures different combinations picked by past brides and grooms. Irish weddings often show the kelly green, Spring weddings often reflect lavender, peach or pastel yellows. Summer festivities show the wonderful colors of vibrant flowers. Formals have black & white, African-Americans sometimes select browns and oranges, second marriages at times pick golds or ivory, asian cultures pick or prefer reds, military personnel choose red, white and blue AND the list and choices are almost endless. The main alter where a unity candle may be placed and other decorations as well as items used by the clergy person is conducting the ceremony IS a focal point for your photographer. He / She will be taking many pictures of the two of you standing up there and so we want your day to look extra nice.
Besides accent fabrics are the many various candle holders, crosses, alter centerpieces, seasonal decor and other accessories that we have available, our inventory consists of not just the traditional but the non-traditional decor as well. After getting to know you, we often include something special to really personalize the day for you. For some outdoor settings, brides can choose to have us bring along our "Arch of silk flowers". This can make for a beautiful location for the bride and groom to either walk through or stand before as they are preparing for the vows. Also something important to note is that for remote locations, in family homes, Bed & Breakfasts or at parks, we also have available many beautiful CDs of wedding and romance music that can be played for the Processional, Recessional and at other times using our or your sound system.
As non-denominatinal ministers, we are privileged to have gotten to know many different Christian and other faiths. When you explore with us the possibilities, you'll discover that we have the tools you'll need that some would expect only to find at a highly specialized religious organization. Looking for Native American traditions included, we have items you will like. Want Irish, Polish, German, Russian, Hispanic or other cultural accents - we have it. In regards to religious beliefs, some have asked to place flowers by the Virgin Mary - yes, we have a statue of Her to place on a side table for you to make this presentation.
At Caring HARTS, we believe that making your day special is more than having us just stand up in front of you and "do a speech". The ceremony is important to you and your guests expect to witness more than just a passive or uncaring officiant. Our role is to create a ceremony that is to be probably the most important event in your lives AND we take great pride in conducting your service.
