Caring HARTS offers six unique and equally terrific wedding packages. Each is designed to fit different budgets and preferences for the degree of involvement one may wish from us. The Wedding Ceremony Packages are as follows:
THE "COUPLE-ON-THE GO" WEDDING
This is our Economy Maximizer plan. For couples wishing to get started enjoying their lives together, we perform this ceremony in our beautiful living area setting day or night (24 hour notice required). The service is quaint and may include traditional or civil readings. We also give you our elegant keepsake certificate for you to treasure throughout the decades. Fee: $85
THE "SWEET & ELEGANT" WEDDING
{Are you having less than 20 people, then ask about our other intimate packages called "Beautiful Beginnings" and "True Love" - both are great ceremonies for smaller groups of family and friends}
We like to refer to this as our Thrifty Service plan. For centuries, couples have stood before their God, family and guests to profess their love and desire to spend a lifetime together as husband and wife. Today, this tradition is seen in garden, back yard and restaurant ceremonies. We provide a beautiful yet shorter version of the standard wedding package at a more affordable price (yet your guests will never see you are on a budget).
A "LIFETIME OF MEMORIES" WEDDING
This ceremony is nicknamed the Caring HARTS Standard Wedding Package. We review and discuss beforehand all the readings, prayers and features so the only surprises are good ones. You get 2 free Pre-Marital sessions included here and the opportunity to customize and add your favorite passages and vows to the service.
THE "ROMANCE & PASSION" WEDDING
For those wishing more than just a typical service, you get more features with this Deluxe Program Package plan. Here you receive all the standard features plus our vey comprehensive wedding rehearsal scheduled during the week before the wedding. At the rehearsal, we provide a lot of insight into timing of music, duties of attendants, ring bearer, flower girl, a step by step review of each part of the ceremony and answer all your questions so that you both have greater peace of mind before the big day. More time is provided at the service to expand on your romantic ideas for this memorable day.
THE "FAIRYTALE PRINCESS" WEDDING
Here is where couples sacrifice nothing for their day of splendor and celebration - we call it the Super Deluxe Program Package plan. You receive a ceremony rehearsal the day before, a prayer or reading at your reception and essentially double the time of a standard wedding to make everything come out just as loving and compassionate as you dream this day will become.
THE "DIAMONDS & PEARLS" WEDDING
This SERVICE ALLOWS THE GREATEST FLEXIBILITY AND is 100% customized by the future Bride and Groom. Our minister will help you in forming the structure of the ceremony and include as many readings, blessings and activities as will make your day absolutely PERFECT for you both. You can look forward to a very satisfying ceremony, a rehearsal, prayer or toast at the reception and two premarital counseling sessions at our office. This is for those who demand the best. Fee: $995
"AFFIRMATION OF LOVE" CEREMONY
This is a delightfully passionate service which is open to all who wish to celebrate their lovingness publically in a ceremony without actually becoming married. Wishing to celebrate an Engagement, person leaving for active duty and want to process his / her love, couples not permitted to marry by law and others wishing to formalize a loving bond are all welcome to explore this! Fee: $335 - $375
As each couple is unique so to it should be that each ceremony stands up and says, "This wedding is different from others I have attended." This is why we allow great flexibility in adding other features that may exist in other packages as well as ideas that you personally have thought of for your day.
Caring HARTS is all about providing those EXTRA Loving Touches which make your wedding stand out and be remembered. For those wanting wedding or romance musical selections but have not secured a DJ or other to play songs during a ceremony, we can provide music CDs and a sound machine. One prominent aspect of standard wedding packages is our alter table elegantly draped in white, ivory, and other colors to be compatible to your wedding colors. Additionally, some indoors or outdoors ceremonies may be accented with our dreamy "Arch of Flowers". Side tables used for presentation usually have draping and your chosen accent pieces for the intended usage (for roses to be placed for the mothers, for the unity candle ritual, etc.). We have a wide selection of accessories in our religious and non-religious categories.
