Preparing for a funeral service sometimes encompasses many things to do. There are family members and others to contact as well as your personal arrangements that the departed may have pre-planned for or discussed with you. When you contact us, we have a very streamlined process to make setting up the minister to perform the ceremony a thorough yet simple and worry-free matter. We walk you through the various activity options and help you in determining the appropriate service required.
When you make that first call to us, you'll be asked if you prefer to meet with us (if your time permits and you feel it necessary) or make arrangements over the telephone. In either case, setting up the services wanted will be to your exact needs - from a quaint memorial service for celebrating the person's life to a distinguished burial at the cemetery chosen. Our staff will gather all pertinent information regarding associated services to coordinate such as the use of the Honor Guard for military funerals, interpretors for the deaf, caterers, etc. You can also rely on us to work closely with the Funeral Director at your selected funeral home for a harmonious farewell.
Should you wish to see us prior to the funeral, you are welcome to do so for addressing such matters as the musical selections, prayers used, Eulogy creation or other concerns and aspects of complicated or detailed service requirements. Whether it be just yourself, your siblings, closest friends or whomever is taking part in these decisions, all are most welcome to provide their input and discuss concerns or specifications.
During these times, hours seem to escape most of us when trying to coordinate final wishes. We understand this and therefore we answer telephone inquiries for funeral arrangements 24 hours a day, seven days a week (including holidays) for your convenience.
